First you will want to navigate to the account section at the top right corner of the screen. Then click on User management.
Once on the user management screen you can add new users by clicking "Invite New User":
After clicking "Invite New User" You will then be prompted to add their email and set their permissions. Once permissions are set you can click "Send Invite":
