We have to perform some last-minute scheduled maintenance to upgrade our us-east-01.safeguardhosting.ca node. This maintenance will only affect our Discord Bot Hosting customers. This node will temporarily be down for 20 minutes today 05/31/2023, while this maintenance is underway; You can see live status updates here: status.safeguardhosting.ca/793393589.
The exact timeframe that the 20-minute server interruption will be between has not yet been determined. We will update our status ASAP.

We schedule higher impact maintenance events during off-peak times to maintain our ideal hosting environment. Our engineers make every effort to minimize system impact; however, Toronto instances may be unreachable for some, or all, of the scheduled maintenance windows as we perform network, firmware, or host upgrades.

We regret to inform you that we will be starting scheduled maintenance on our email server outside of business operating hours.
These upgrades will prevent a pretty continuous issue where all clients will experience an email outage every 3 months due to SSL Security issues within the server. This will also improve email deliverability for all users and more...
This also upgrades the security level of the mail server ensuring we are staying up to date with the latest security standards moving forward.
We will do our best to limit any downtime to our client's email service and apologize in advance if this requires any customers to have to reconnect their email accounts. We understand the inconvenience and want you to rest assured this will resolve this issue and it will not be occurring in the future.
The maintenance will be taking effect on September 10th, 2020 @ 10:00 pm EST.
We are planning to have the maintenance finished before September 11th, 2020 @ 6:00 am EST.

This is a preventative maintenance that is absolutely required to avoid potential future issues. The native PHP version on the server will be upgraded to 7.2, If your sites require PHP 7.0 or 7.1 explicitly, please login to your cPanel account and navigate to the "Select PHP Version| icon and change to a non-native lower PHP version.
